Early success for new Eastwood CEDARS Hub
Nearing a year since it’s opening, Eastwood CEDARS Hub, which provides a one stop shop for health and wellbeing support, has seen early success with more services soon to join the space.
The health and wellbeing hub on Nottingham Road has welcomed more than 325 residents since opening its doors in June 2025, with a wide variety of services available to users, including employment support, council housing support, and a number of health clinics and services.
Additional services currently being delivered include Nottinghamshire Council Adult Social Care, social and private housing support, East Midlands Chamber employment advice, Your CVS Notts Voluntary Group, Nottingham West PCN's Health and Wellbeing Coach, a dietician and a pre-diabetes trained therapist.
Coun Milan Radulovic (Brox All), Broxtowe Council leader and portfolio holder for asset management and development, said, “Eastwood had been missing a facility like this for so long and it’s fantastic to see residents making use of the hub, accessing essential health, employment, and financial services, among others, helping to improve their wellbeing.

“Early success has demonstrated the need and desire for a health hub in the town centre, which has resulted in additional organisations offering their services in the coming months. I’m looking forward to building on our triumphs and lending a helping hand to many more.”
