Police name man charged with criminal damage after incident in Sutton

A 40-year-old man has been charged following an incident in on Sutton Road, Huthwaite

Richard Moseby, of Sutton Road, Huthwaite, was charged with criminal damage and wasting police time.

He is due to appear at Mansfield Magistrates’ court on 14 August 2018.

Officers were called to the incident at about 2.30pm on 26 July to a report of an affray.

A police helicopter was also deployed to help with the incident.

Residents reported hearing 'sirens going off' and a 'helicopter hovering in the air'.
