Police issue appeal after Selston pensioner goes missing

Concerns have been raised for the welfare of an elderly man who has gone missing from his home in Selston.

Leslie Ball was last seen at home at about 8.30am this morning (Wednesday) although it is thought he may have been seen at 11.30am near a bus stop in the area.

The 80-year-old is white and 6ft tall. He has brown hair but is balding. He walks with a stoop.

Mr Ball is thought to be wearing a red t-shirt, grey cardigan, black fleece and blue tracksuit bottoms.

He suffers dementia and may be confused about his whereabouts. He has relatives in the Nottinghamshire area and could have travelled to Mansfield, Underwood or Kimberley.
