Police hunt men after property stolen from Mansfield

An investigation has been launched after a number of offenders forced their way into a property in Mansfield.

It happened just before 7.15pm on Saturday, October 6, at an address in Layton Burroughs.

No one was injured but the six suspects, believed to all be men, stole a number of items after making threats to the occupants.

A police spokesman said: "It is thought the occupants may have been deliberately targeted, and it is not believed the community at large is at risk of further harm."

Detectives are now investigating the incident and are urging anyone with information to contact them.
