Police closed Mansfield road after ‘concerns raised for woman’s safety’
A Mansfield road was closed by police for more than an hour today after police say they became concerned for a woman’s safety.
Derby Road was closed to traffic from Coxmoor and the bypass end this afternoon.
A police spokesman said: “We were called to a report of concern’s for a woman’s safety on the A611, Mansfield, at around 2pm today. The road was closed for a short time. The incident concluded safely and the road was reopened at around 3.30pm.”
