Police carry out dog mess crackdown in Bulwell

Police have carried out a community leaflet drop in Bulwell in a bid to crack down on people not picking up dog mess.

Crime prevention officer Nicholas Loizou and colleague Steve Harding issued a fine to a dog walker that allowed their dog to foul on Piccadilly, across the road from Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Catholic Primary School, and failed to remove the faeces on 22nd December.

“A leaflet drop has been carried out within the local area to raise awareness and highlight that a fine has been issued.”
