He left home in his car - a bronze coloured Peugeot 307, registration YC03YMT - which police have also been unable to find.

Mr Creswell has links to Bolsover and Arkwright, a police spokesman said.

Police want to hear from anyone with information on the whereabouts of either Mr Creswell or his car.

Anyone with information should call Derbyshire police on 101, quoting incident 725 of August 1.
