VINTAGE tractors dating back to 1935 will be part of the Sherwood Forest Ploughing Match on Sunday on Naish Farm’s land just north of Edwinstowe on the A616.
Ploughing, from 9.30am, with vintage tractors from around 1935 to 1973 will feature several of the best ploughmen in Britain.
The event is organised by Geof Lamin, of Edwinstowe, and is possibly the largest one day ploughing match in the UK.
Spectators to the free event will also have the chance to see horse ploughing. All proceeds will go to Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance and organisers hope for donations.
