A normal 2D scan uses ultrasound, resulting in a flat grainy grey image.

A 4D scan combines sections of 2D images to create a 3D image which you can see moving in real-time.

The scans usually cost anywhere between £89 to £169.

The application states: “The shop has been vacant for some time, and a family focused buisness would be considered a good route to re-occupancy”.

The proposed opening hours would be 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday.
