PICTURE SLIDESHOW: Mansfield and Ashfield folk celebrate Queen's 90th birthday

Children at Heatherley Primary School in Forest Town celebrated with lots of fun activities throughout the day on Friday and even had a visit from deputy lieutenant and former sheriff Micheal Rowen.

On Saturday, residents on Lindsey Drive in Mansfield held a street party to mark the occasion while celebrations took place in Kirkby.

Patriotic knitted creations were also made for Mansfield town centre.
