PICS: Burnt out vehicle blocking path at Vicar Water Country Park
Residents are being asked to avoid an area of Vicar Water Country Park after vehicle was set on fire and abandoned on a public path.
The car was discovered blocking a footpath off Old Pit Road, near the cycle route.
A spokesman for the park said: “The path is blocked at the moment, so you will need to avoid the area.”
Newark and Sherwood District Council have been made aware of the incident.
