The striking space- age vehicle presented in striking metallic in McLaren orange can cruise in excess of 100mph up to 12,000 feet above the streets and climb to a maximum altitude of 3500m.
Two identical Rotax power units combine to provide 200 horse power for flight mode which, when transitioned into car mode requires just one motor to propel the car to speeds in excess of 100 mph (where legal!) and sub 9 second to 60mph.
The Liberty passed stringent European road admission tests and is allowed on the streets with an official license plate

"He’s been following the progress of the PAL-V (Personal Air and Land Vehicle) and struck up a great rapport with the team here in the UK and the Netherlands where the product is to be produced.
“The future of personal transportation is closer than people realise, unlike in Back to The future, you don’t have to exceed 88mph to make it happen!”
Sivapalan Krishanand said: “We’re delighted to be the first petrol station to fill-up the world’s first certified flying car, how cool is that, right here in Mansfield!”
