Sherwood Forest Hospitals welcomes new specialist advisor

Dr Haynes was the medical director/deputy chief executive at Sherwood until December 2019 before joining the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS) as executive lead.

Dr Haynes said: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to re-join the Board at a critical time of change in the wider NHS, when staff well-being has never been so important and as the trust continues to progress on its development path.

“It will be a pleasure to reconnect with old colleagues and I look forward to meeting new ones in the months to come."

Claire Ward, acting Sherwood chair said: “Andy knows our Trust and its people extensively and his time at the ICS has given him an additional perspective that will be of great value to the board as we navigate our way through the changes across Nottinghamshire.”
