6. Most scary investigations
Clifton Hall Hauntings. One of the most terrifying locations Lee has carried out paranormal investigations. In 2007 he received a call from businessman Anwar Rashid, who was having problems at his £3.5 million mansion in the peaceful village of Old Clifton. Lee attended and began a year long investigation. At one "mind-bending" event, Lee called off the hunt, as his team were becoming increasingly panicked by the extent of paranormal activity. According to Lee, the Rashid family eventually moved out of the property in 2008. Lee said it was the "most expensive repossession in UK history." The scary story of the haunted mansion made headlines across the world, and was dubbed the UK's 'Amityville.' Photo: Lee Roberts/websitehttps://www.officialleeroberts.com/about-lee

7. Haunted shopping centre
The ghostly black and white image of a haunted precinct at Sutton? Ghost buster Lee Roberts, from Sutton, was at the Idlewells Shopping Centre during an investigation in 2015. It was the venue for the world's first Facebook LIVE ghost hunt, Lee says. It is also where a mysterious lady is said to roam the building. Legend has it that she apparently used to collect the dead from the old streets that stood there long before the shopping centre was built. Photo: Lee Roberts

8. Are you sitting comfortable?
Are you sitting comfortably? Ghost hunter Lee Roberts has plenty of spine-chilling fireside armchair tales to enthral listeners. He has spent years on the trail of ghosts and ghouls, and leads many paranormal investigations. Some of his scariest ghost hunts were at stately homes such as Clifton Hall, Thoresby Park, and Newstead Abbey, at the latter he witnessed a table flying up into the air and hitting the ceiling! Other venues have included pubs and clubs in and around Ashfield and Mansfield, including the Village where a strange mist was captured on CCTV. Photo: Lee Roberts
