Search underway to find missing Mansfield schoolgirl Tahya Quimby-O’Neill

Police have begun a search for a Mansfield schoolgirl who has gone missing from her home.

Officers say they are ‘concerned’ for the safety of 14-year-old Tahya Quimby-O’Neill who was last seen at around 8pm on Tuesday, April 27.

Tahya, who lives in the Ladybrook area of town and attends Samworth Church Academy, is of medium build and is around 5ft 4ins tall.

She has strawberry blonde hair, usually worn in a bun, and was last seen wearing a school uniform and carrying a shoulder bag.
