If approved, the former bank at 4 and 4a high street could be turned into a restaurant or cafe on the ground floor, with two flats to the rear of the ground floor and first floor.

Proposed changes include a single-story rear extension to allow space for a two bedroomed flat on the ground floor, and a three bedroomed flat on the first floor, which would include a roof terrace, as well as a cafe or restaurant to the front of the ground floor.

The conservation statement reads: “The proposed alterations will bring a currently vacant property back into use along the main high street of Warsop.”
