New self-service dog wash to launch for mucky pups in Mansfield

The Dog Wash Express machine is making its way to Mansfield Canine Centre and is set to make stressful at home clean up sessions after a muddy dog walk a thing of the past.

The paw-some self‑service dog wash is said to offer a convenient, affordable and stress‑free way for owners to clean up their four‑legged friends after a stroll.

The machine will be open for business at the centre in Hermitage Lane, Mansfield from April 28.

Open 7 days a week and with no appointment necessary the machine is set to take all the leg work out of ensuring you have a pristine pooch.

A spokesman from Mansfield Canine Centre said: “You asked… we provided! We’re excited to announce that our Self Service Dog Wash is coming to Mansfield Canine Centre on 28th April!

“No more muddy bathrooms or lifting dogs into the bath at home. Our Dog Wash Express machine makes it quick, easy and convenient to wash your dog using professional equipment designed just for them.

“Perfect after muddy walks, soft play sessions, or just when your pup needs a freshen up.”

A spokesman for Dog Wash Express said: “Dog Wash Express is excited to be bringing a self-service dog wash station to the dog lovers of Mansfield, and we couldn’t think of a better location to host our machine than Mansfield Canine Centre, the go-to destination in the area for all things dogs.

"Our easy-to-use machine takes the mess and stress out of washing your dog at home, offering a convenient solution for in between groom appointments or those moments when your dog rolls in something they shouldn’t. While not a replacement for professional groomers, it’s a practical and affordable option for everyday use.

"Prices start from just £5, and the machine will be available 7 days a week with no booking required, just turn up and wash. No more dirty bathrooms and no more backache from bending over the bathtub.”

Reacting to the announcement on Facebook one Mansfield dog owner posted: “Brilliant. I would definitely be interested in using this. Bathed our dog once in the bathroom, never again.”
