Developers say three bedroomed homes are ‘in demand’ in the area, and will be designed to reflect ‘existing situations’ in Forest Town.
In the design and access statement, architects Axel Klozenbuecher state: “The proposed development will have a limited impact on the neighbourhood.
“The construction of five residential units will have some limited benefits to the local economy. The contractor for the developments will endeavour to use local sub-contractors.

“This has directly influenced the decision to provide three properties of this size.
“Due to the small size of the scheme, it has not been necessary to meet with local people other than consulting with immediate neighbours.
“Private access for cars will be provided at the front of the site using a modified access to maximise visibly splays for the proposed private drive development.”
