New business moves into office space in Kirkby

Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have completed a deal to sell a prominent office building in Kirkby.

NG's Ellis Cullen let the 1,630 sq ft space on behalf of a private landlord to vehicle delivery firm Response-Able Solutions Ltd.

The two-storey office building is situated on Diamond Avenue, the main road which runs directly through Kirkby town centre.

The property is on a busy thoroughfare which affords easy access to the A38 dual carriageway and the M1.
