Rebecca Lovatt, 28, a Vinyasa and Hatha technique teacher, is inviting everyone to take part in the indoor, virtual festival on April 26, which is aimed at all levels and abilities and is a chance for everyone to get active and try yoga, maybe for the first time, in the comfort of their own living rooms.

The festival will be hosted online through zoom with lots of classes to take part in from dynamic vinyasa to breathwork and meditation, sankalpa writing to arm balancing and even workshops around chakras and alignment practice.

The full schedule is now live, with four yoga teachers, including Rebecca, from the East Midlands sharing their knowledge with students across the day.

The festival costs just £10 for the whole day with 25 per cent of the ticket price going to food bank charity the Trussell Trust.

Festival-goers can take part in as many or as little classes as they like across the day.

And for those key workers who might still be working, class recordings will be available for them to access with their pass after the festival has finished.

Classes for The Great Big Living Room Yoga Festival will be hosted by Rebecca – aka The Humble Warrior – alongside Donna Navarro, Tom Bodsworth and Emma Groome.

The classes are for all levels and abilities, carrying on the passion of founder Rebecca, who believes yoga should be for ‘everybody and every body.’

She said: “I see The Great Big Living Room Yoga Festival as an extension of everything I love about yoga which is bringing people together, creating warmth and connection, and making the most of what life throws at us.

“I hope people will enjoy coming together over the internet and sharing love and gratitude within our community.

“At this time, there’s a little positivity for us all to spread, and this is hopefully mine. It’s a festival in your living room, and we hope you enjoy everything the day has to offer.”
