The new #StayWell hub from the Premier League provides a wealth of resources to help people struggling with the lockdown imposed by the coronavirus outbreak, including advice on setting goals, keeping active and connecting with others.

Called PL Kicks: Try Active, the competition will see PL Kicks coordinator Amy Page set a series of physical and mental challenges over the coming weeks, with participants encouraged to try and be active at least three times per week over a three-day period.

Amy said: “I’m really excited to launch this challenge which I’m hoping will go some way to giving participants some form of routine whilst subconsciously pushing them to challenge themselves which is what PL Kicks is all about.

“We’ve had some great interactions so far from participants responding to the challenges we’ve uploaded to our social media platforms.

“This will be run as a competition, so participants will need to fill in their trackers and send them back to me through email – I’ll be putting together a medals table and there will be some prizes along the way – so get up off of your sofas and get involved.”

New challenges will be emailed out to those who sign up using this link every Tuesday and Friday, along with a Try Active Tracker so participants can keep a record of their scores.
