Mansfield South Trade Park welcomes new tenants

Dunmoore, the UK real estate investment and development company, has completed three lettings and two lease renewals.

Motor Parts Direct the UK’s largest independent motor factor, Iceni Windows, one of the UKs leading suppliers of windows, doors and conservatories and A Woodland and Son, a flooring specialist, have signed up for new units on ten year leases, while national occupiers, Howdens and Eyre and Ellison, have both renewed on long-term leases.
