The creative and print agency has utilised its strong supply chain to distribute PPE to many businesses in need, as well as to the general public, during the pandemic.

Richard Ardis, managing director at CCM Group’s consumer facing business, Trusted PPE, said: “The government has recently implemented a lot of important changes in an effort to start getting our country and economy back up and running.

"Not only has non-essential retail opened back up, but more children are heading back to school and places like hospitals are now making it mandatory for visitors to wear face coverings.

“The aim of Trusted PPE is to support the nation through the pandemic, so it seemed entirely right that we give a portion of our PPE away to organisations working with children which would benefit from our support.”

The business ran a ‘nominate to donate’ social media campaign encouraging the public to nominate organisations working with children, which would benefit from the children’s face masks donations.

Mr Ardis added: “We wanted to reach out to our social media following and ask for nominations from the general public.

"Our aim was to relieve the worry and pressures that parents and carers are experiencing right now regarding the safety of their children.”

Emily Hogan, Brownie and Rainbows leader at Girlguiding Nottinghamshire,

said: “This kind donation of children’s masks was wholeheartedly appreciated and will help us as an organisation to take the correct precautions when deciding how we will carefully reopen.”
