Ady James began running live online classes during the lockdown for his clients to keep up with their fitness goals but soon realised that many people were becoming demotivated due to training in their living room.

He decided to cook up some new ideas and created a healthy eating plan to control the calorie intakes of his clients.

Ady said: “I already had my own fitness program app so I created an eating plan that consists of many healthy meal choices all men and women could follow easily and enjoy eating which would put them into a calorie deficit without feeling they are on a strict diet.”

Members at Ady’s gym are now part of a small community group with a Facebook page being set up to help each other push themselves.

The group enables members to post workouts, pictures of their meals, and questions regarding fitness to quash any misinformation so that they can achieve their goals accurately.

Recently, a free competition has been set up for people to win cash prizes and free memberships for his gym by achieving results.
