Butlin's forced to cancel more holidays as resorts closure extends into July

Butlin’s has extended the closure of all its resorts into July.

The resorts at Skegness, Bognor Regis and Minehead have all been shut since March and the closure has now been extended to July 2.

A spokesman said: “We’re hopeful that we can open again in the not too distant future. If your break has been affected, you will receive an email, SMS or letter from us asking you to fill in a form. Please note, we will respond to everyone.

“We are working through in date order and please don’t worry if your break is coming up soon or your arrival date passes and you haven’t heard from us, all of your options remain open to you.
