Building society’s Easter gift to Jigsaw charity in Mansfield
The Mansfield branch of The Nottingham building society has made a £25 Easter donation to the Jigsaw Support Scheme.
Jigsaw help vulnerable individuals to live independently and provide a range of services including direct support in the home, and a range of quality of life therapeutic activities for older, vulnerable or isolated adults.
The building society gave 48 branches across nine counties the chance to nominate a great local cause for a £25 Easter gift, which they can use as valuable funds to help keep providing their services or simply to buy Easter eggs as treats for their service users and/or volunteers.
Izabella Zygmunt, customer services consultant at The Nottingham’s Mansfield branch, said: “Jigsaw are enormously deserving of this due to the amazing work they do to help people in the local area.
“We have supported the charity before so are only too happy to be able to make this donation and help put a few smiles on faces this Easter.”
