Asbestos sheets dumped on Ashfield road
Corrugated sheeting containing asbestos has been found by a member of the public this morning (July 3).
The sheeting was found dumped off Sutton road Huthwaite, close to the former tip site.
A spokesman for Ashfield District Council said: "The council’s environment team has received the report of asbestos and it is being removed today."
