14. Ava Grace Mitchell
Becky Louise Mitchell, said: "Ava Grace Mitchell 4 months old Being a new first time mum has been difficult in this lockdown I found out I was pregnant just before the first lockdown so all the stress and worrying to begin with then scans on my own and having to spend a night in hospital on my own thinking I could lose her at 22 weeks was tough. Lucky my husband could come with me for the birth after going into Labour 9 days early and only being in Labour 4 hours. She has been perfect ever since it has been hard not seeing family and them only getting to see her grow up by photos but I must say I wouldn’t wanna spend my days any different I do my best with sensory we get out as much as we can for fresh air and she makes me the luckiest mummy in the world times have been so hard but the huge support from family friends and my husband has been amazing. I think mums are amazing anyway for what they go through having a baby but lock down certainly shows how strong we really can be because let’s be honest pregnancy and having a baby is scary enough without a pandemic." I found out I was pregnant last February, our work unit closed 23rd of March so I've been on furlough and maternity ever since craziest year of my life as it has been for the majority of everyone else. Jessie has showed us a love that we never knew existed ... they say the love gets stronger as they grow, I honestly don't think my heart can take any more so grateful and congratulations to all you other mothers, your baby's are beautiful."
