A woman who was knocked down near Mansfield town centre in the early hours of Sunday is still fighting for her life, police have said.
The pedestrian, who is in her 20s, was hit by a silver Honda Civic on St Peter’s Way - close to the junction with Bath Lane - shortly before 1.50am.
She was rushed to the Queen’s Medical Centre with life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, police are calling for anyone who may have seen the woman or the Honda Civic before the accident to get in touch.
They should call police on 101 referencing incident 86 of November 29.
