Mansfield District Council’s customer payments system is having a major computer upgrade installed on 8th, 9th and 10th October.
This means cash and card payments cannot be taken at the Civic Centre on these three days.
The 24-hour telephone payments line, online and payments via the contact centre will not be available. Bookings for theatre tickets will not be affected.
The council apologies to its customers for this inconvenience.
People who normally pay in cash at the Civic Centre can use any PayPoint or Post Office outlet by taking their bar-coded rent card or bill along with their payment.
Posters and flyers have been placed in the Civic Centre and a message will also be put on the council’s phone system and website.
