Outline planning permission granted for 24 new flats in Sutton

The approval was subject to a S106 agreement and an additional condition in relation to a construction management plan.

A background paper recommending the application states: “The site lies within the main urban area of Sutton as identified in the Ashfield Local Plan Review.
“Planning permission has previously been granted on two separate occasions for the development of the site for the erection of dwellings and flats.
“It is therefore accepted that in principle the development of the site for residential purposes would be in accordance with both national and development plan policies.”
