LETTER: School's parking is already inadequate
I wish it to be noted that any expansion of King Edward School will be vigorously objected to on the grounds of congestion and parking issues on St Margaret Street, St Andrew's Street St Catherine's Street and Littleworth.
Unless the school is willing to use some of its grounds for car parking it is just not viable to expect local residents to put up with the continued and increased disruption by the school’s inadequate parking facilities.
The existing parking restrictions are blatantly ignored on a daily basis by parents, staff and delivery personnel alike. It is almost impossible to park outside, or even in the same street as our houses on a daily basis.
The residents intend to rally objections to any further planning and expansions.
