LETTER: Planning notice went up too late
Mansfield District Council did not bother to write to the occupants of nearby properties to inform them of the proposed development of the former Ravensdale Middle School, but merely affixed a notice to a lamppost.
The notice said the consultation process is from January 11 to February 22, but the notice was only put up on the evening of the 22. The council have treated the public with contempt.
