LETTER: Lions gave their lives to save man
I just wanted to remark on the case of the man that went into the lions' den in an attempt to commit suicide in Chile.
It finished up with two beautiful lions having to be shot to save the man’s life.
It seems they were unprepared for such a calamity in that they hadn’t got the means to sedate the lions.

Hide AdIn all fairness, such things don’t happen very often, however there is a man that wanted to die, but is still here.
I don’t like saying this, but the human race is in some difficulty mentally.
