Notts: Updates on school closures and disruptions to travel after snowfall

According to the Notts County Council website Wainwright Primary School in Mansfield is closed due to the snow, but there are no other school closures being reported at this time.

Further outbreaks of sleet and snow will affect parts of Notts throughout the morning and may continue into the afternoon.

The public should be aware of the risk of disruption, particularly to transport. Motorists are urged to take care while driving on the county’s roads.

East Midlands Trains are not reporting any disruption to services.
