NOTTS: ‘Health month’ scam warning
Police have been receiving from Nottinghamshire residents being cold called by companies selling multivitamins as part of “Nottinghamshire Health Month.”
Trading Standards are not aware of Nottinghamshire Health Month and would advise people not to purchased health products following cold calls.
For many contracts made over the phone or in or in your home, you may have a right to cancel within a period of time and the trader should provide you with details of your rights and how to cancel.
