Halcyon Theuri, 21, was found dead in the middle of Wingfield Road, Alfreton, shortly before 4am on August 31 last year.

Following his death, police arrested a 51-year-old man on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and a 60-year-old man on suspicion of dangerous driving.
