Sonya Ward has been announced as the Labour candidate for Mansfield.

Tweeting the news this morning @UKLabour said: “Congratulations Sonya Ward (@sonya_ward), Labour’s candidate for Mansfield!”

Sonya Ward won with 151 votes, Peter Roberts had 71, Neil Clayton had 44 and Melanie Darrington had 20 votes.
