The Eastwood Health Centre, on Nottingham Road, Eastwood, was closed in 2015 after being deemed “unfit for use” by NHS Nottingham West Clinical Commissioning Group.

The plans submitted to Broxtowe Borough Council would see the internal walls retained and 17 offices created including a staff room across the buildings two storeys.

Replacing the consultation rooms and a health education room.

The waiting room of the building which stands to the rear of Eastwood Fire Station will remain the same as when it was a health centre.
