New Clipstone homes given the go-ahead


Plans for eight new ‘family’ homes in Clipstone have been given the seal of approval.

The new homes are to be built on infill land off Vicars Court after Newark and Sherwood Council planners granted permission.

The site is currently vacant and empty, with overgrown plants and grass.

The plans have been submitted on behalf of Baco Investments, and is for six three-storey semi-detached houses and two two-storey semi-detached houses.

The three-storey houses with comprise three bedrooms, and the two storey houses will comprise two double bedrooms. Each of the homes will have off-street parking for one or two cars.
