New chippy planned for Mansfield parade
A disused shop on a parade in Mansfield could be converted into a fish and chip shop.
The blueprints sent to Mansfield District Council’s planning committee are to convert the empty unit on Ling Forest Road in to a chippy.
The former Animal Kingdom pet parlour premises needs maintenance work and requires permission from the planning department for a change-of-use.
There are already two other fast food outlets on the parade, which is off Oak Tree Lane.
