Motorist cut from car and road closed after Sutton crash
A man had to be cut from a car in a collision in Stanton Hill, Sutton this morning.
The crash happened this morning (Friday, March 3) at around 7.30am on the B6014 Fackley Road between Meden Bank and Wharf Road, near Riverbank Gold Club.
Two vehicles were involved and the road is currently shut in both directions.
Firefighters freed one motorist who had become trapped in his car by his legs.
The extent of the injuries of those involved are not yet known.
