The dugout, used by Mansfield Boys FC, has had its windows smashed and signs torn down.

The cause of the damage is not yet known.

It comes just two days after the community pulled together to protest the potential closure of Berry Hill Park, due to the Trustee's lack of funds.

"This is what you get when you attend and support a peaceful protest at Berry Hill."

The dugout was repaired only eight weeks ago, at a cost of £600
