Meeting planned for Ladybrook speed-bump issue
Residents of Ladybrook in Mansfield are being urged to attend a meeting this weekend to discuss the much-maligned speed bumps along their roads.
Campaigns have been launched in the past to rid the nuisance traffic calming measures, particularly along Ladybrook Lane where there are more than 20 in place.
Shopkeepers in the area say drivers avoid the street, which has affected their passing trade.

It will be chaired by county councillor, Darren Langton, who said: “We looked into average speed cameras instead of speed bumps but they are quite expensive.
“This is a chance for people to have their say and ask questions.”
