Mansfield Woodhouse man fined for fishing without a licence
A Mansfield Woodhouse man has been fined for fishing without a licence near Newark.
Thomas Curzon, 21, of Felton Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted the offence when he appeared at Nottinghamshire Magistrates’ Court on July 29.
The court heard he had been caught at South Muskham Fisheries, near Newark, on March 20.
He was fined £145 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £127.
