Mansfield Register Office security alert
Chad has received reports that Mansfield Register Office was evacuated this morning following a security alert.
A police spokesman confirmed officers were called out at about 9.40am and evacuated the building on Chesterfield Road South as a precaution.
But nothing was found and all parties were allowed back in at 11.30am.
