Mansfield man stole chocolates from Poundland - latest reports from the courts

Theft

Perre Robert Langley, 20, c/o Brailsford Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing alcohol, a TV, speakers and Cds worth £449 from Tesco. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £60 costs;

Paul Malcolm Priest, 38, of no fixed address, admitted stealing £5 worth of chocolate from Poundland in Mansfield and possession of heroin. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £15 in costs;

Robert Radu, 28, of Leamington Drive, Sutton, admitted stealing two bottles of perfume worth £160 from Debenhams in Mansfield , £22 worth of make-up brushes from Boots and having a Stanley knife on him. He was given 100 hours community service and made to pay £145 in costs.

Violence

Luke Billy Thompson, 29, of Sycamore Road, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted assaulting another male and possession of cocaine and was given 200 hours community service, made to pay £100 compensation to the victim and £145 in costs;

Ashley Jukes, 24, of Moorfield Lane, Langwith, admitted assaulting two females and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. He was given 150 hours community service and made to pay £100 compensation to one victim and £50 to the other, plus £145 in costs;

Lee Haywood, 34, of Sheepwash Lane, Sutton, admitted assaulting a female and a male and was given 100 hours community service and made to pay £145 in costs;

Jason Purdy, 45, of High Oakham Close, Sutton, admitted assaulting a female and was given 60 hours community service and made to pay £145 in costs.

Drugs

Kyle Stewart Charles Gregg, 27, of Alcock Avenue, Mansfield, admitted possessing cannabis and amphetamine and stealing aftershave worth £78 from Boots. He was given a community order with drug rehabilitation and made to pay £145 in costs;

Steven Roberts, 39, of Fritchley Court, Mansfield, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £80 and made to pay £105 in costs.

Drink Driving

Adam Francis Gammon, 48, of Oakland Road, Forest Town, Mansfield, admitted being behind the wheel of a Peugeot 308 while having 133 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for four years and made to pay £165 in costs;

Wayne Peter Marriott, 39, of Greenway, Forest Town, admitted being behind the wheel of an MG while having 137 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 34 months, given 120 hours community service and made to pay £145 in costs;

Martin James Boswell, 33, of Westbourne Close, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted being behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Astra while having 62 mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 15 months, fined £200 and made to pay £85 costs.

Motoring

Ashley Robert Limb, 30, of Burlington Drive, Mansfield, admitted driving a Mazda at 51mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £300, given six penalty points, and made to pay £115 in costs;

Scott Justin Patchett, 23, of Greensfields, Sutton, admitted driving an Audi A3 while using a mobile phone and was fined £90, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Sean Roe, 43, of High Tor, Mansfield, admitted driving a Land Rover at 50mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £520, given five penalty points and made to pay £137 in costs;

Jamie David Williams, 39, of Upper Mexborough Road, Selston admitted driving a Vauxhall at 80mph in a 50mph zone and was fined £320, given six penalty points and made to pay £117 in costs;

Paul Anthony George Cole, 31, of Maple Close, Forest Town, admitted driving a Toyota while using a mobile phone and was fined £70, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Kaye Victoria Weaver, 48, of Waterworks Drive, Kings Clipstone, admitted driving a Vauxhall Cora while using a mobile phone and was fined £233, given three penalty points and made to pay £108 in costs;

Catalin Carabat, 25, of Watson Street, Warsop, was found guilty of running a red light in a Vauxhall and was fined £145, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs. The case was proved in his absence.

Criminal Damage

Edward Christopher Jackson, 23, of Southwell Road West, Mansfield, admitted damaging a tax fare meter and was fined £170 and told to pay £130 compensation;

Miscellaneous

Sardar Rassul, 31, of Young Crescent, Sutton, admitted five charges relating to possessing counterfeit cigarettes and rolling tobacco. He was given 120 hours community service and made to pay £160 in costs.
