People are being warned to stay away from a hospital ward following an outbreak of norovirus.
The Lindhurst Ward at Mansfield Community Hospital is currently closed to new admissions and visitors because of the virus, also known as the winter vomiting bug.
Anyone who thinks they may have the illness is being warned to stay away because it is highly contagious.
It is transmitted by contact with contaminated surfaces, an infected person, or consumption of contaminated food or water.
Symptoms including sudden projectile vomiting, watery diarrhoea, headaches and chills. The bug will usually pass after a few days, with no long-term effects.
Anyone who visits hospital is being urged to wash their hands with soap and water and use the alcohol gel provided.
