Director Phil said: “Receiving the Midlands regional award was an excellent end to the last 12 months. We have managed to firmly establish a great reputation, largely through Sarah’s leadership, which ensured we got a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission. We also have a very good team of care and support workers who do an amazing job every day.”

The Mansfield business, based on Ashfield Avenue, is part of Caremark’s network of franchised offices across the UK that provide personalised care and support to children, young people and adults in their own homes, enabling them to lead independent lives.

This year looks set to be even busier for Phil and Sarah, which could mean they create more jobs for local people.
