Mansfield firefighters issue warning after large grass fire breaks out
The fire service spent two hours battling the blaze at a Mansfield fire.
Today, Wednesday, July 18 three crews tackled a grass fire at Oak Tree Lane.
A spokesman for Mansfield fire Station said: “This fire tied up three appliance for two hours.
“Please take care the grass and heathland is extremely dry. All crews worked hard to contain this fire from spreading further.”
